Strawberry, apple and blueberry muffins

120g wholemeal flour
120g plain flour
1 tsp bread soda
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
45g date sugar
2 bananas, mashed
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 egg, beaten
100ml milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped
100g strawberries, hulled and chopped
100g blueberries
Preheat oven to 180°C/360°C/Gas 4.
To a large mixing bowl add the wholemeal flour, plain flour, bread soda, salt, cinnamon, date sugar, mashed banana, natural yoghurt, beaten egg, milk, apple, strawberries and blueberries.
Stir to combine, then spoon the batter into a 12-hole muffin tray lined with paper cases.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
