Tom's low fat potato wedges

4 palm sized Keogh’s Maris Piper Potatoes
Pinch of ground cumin
Pinch of ground turmeric
Pinch of ground coriander
2-3 tbsp. of olive oil
Preheat your oven to 180-200°C.
Cut each potato in half. Place the halved potatoes flesh side down on a chopping board and slice into even wedges.
Rinse the wedges and pat dry. Mix the spices together in a bowl.
Place the potato wedges into another bowl and add the oil.
Add the spice mix to the bowl of wedges and stir until all the wedges are evenly coated. Rub a small amount of oil into a baking tray and add the potatoes.
Cook for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown
