Tuna melt
Cover the tuna with enough cheese so that your little one won't realise that they are eating fish.

1 large baguette

185g tin tuna, strained

3 tbsp mayonnaise

60g grated cheese, extra for sprinkling

Salt and pepper

Combine the tuna, mayonnaise and cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut your baguette into slices and lightly spread with butter.

Spoon your tuna mix onto each bread slice, sprinkle with extra cheese and toast under the grill until the cheese is melted.
