Waldorf salad

Waldorf salad

2 red skinned apples, such as Braeburn or Cox's

1/2 lemon, juiced

4 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 stalks celery, cut into chunks

Handful walnuts

Couple of handfuls watercress

Dice the apple and sprinkle liberally with lemon juice.

Combine the mayonnaise and mustard and mix through the rest of the ingredients.
