White chocolate loaf cake
Easy to make and really tasty, this loaf cake is perfect for a family picnic

3 eggs

70g caster sugar

200g white chocolate, melted

200g flour

100g butter, melted

1 tsp baking powder

10cl milk

Icing sugar, to dust

Heat the oven to 170°C. Grease and line a loaf tin. 

Whisk the eggs and the sugar until pale and fluffy, for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, then add the milk, melted butter and melted white chocolate. Mix gently to combine.

Transfer the batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 45 minutes. 

Remove from the tin and let cool before serving. 

Dust with icing sugar if desired.
