Wholewheat pineapple and vegetable pita pizza

3 wholewheat round pita breads

150ml homemade tomato pasta sauce

6 cherry tomatoes

1 large slice pineapple

2-inch piece cucumber

2 spring onions

Chop the cherry tomatoes, pineapple, cucumber and spring onion into bight sized pieces, add to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Lay out the pita breads. Spread a thick layer of tomato sauce over the base.

Spoon over a generous layer of the fruit and vegetable mix.

Place under the grill for 5 minutes and serve.
