Witches Smarties cookies

400g Flour
200g Cornflour
400g Butter
200g Castor Sugar
Smarties
Icing sugar
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together.
When all the ingredients are thoroughly combined, roll out the mixture.
Cut into Halloween shapes (like our witches hat).
Put on a baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes.
Pop into the oven for 15-20 minutes until pale golden.
Cool on a wire rack
Mix icing sugar and water to make icing. Decorate cookie with icing sugar and Smarties
