Bacon spaghetti

 Bacon spaghetti
A family spaghetti ideal for finicky eaters, and fuss free.
 

400g spaghetti

1 tsp olive oil

200g smoked bacon lardons

1 garlic clove, sliced thinly

Pepper

Cook the spaghetti following the instructions.

Drain and set aside on a large serving platter or dish.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a non-stick pan.

Add the bacon, and cook until just crisp then add in the garlic and cook until the garlic goes translucent.

Poor over the spaghetti and toss well to combine everything.

Season with a little pepper if you like.
