Chicken noodle bake

Chicken noodle bake
This creamy combination of egg noodles and chicken is simple and tasty.
 

4 chicken breast fillets, cut into pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

400g egg pasta

2 large carrots, finely sliced

50g peas

300ml sour cream

420g condensed cream of mushroom soup

420g condensed cream of chicken soup

115g breadcrumbs

Preheat the oven to 180°C or gas mark 4.

Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and gently cook the chicken until it is cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, cook the egg pasta in a pot of boiling water until it is soft.

Lay the chicken pieces onto a baking dish and pour the noodles on top.

Combine the sour cream, mushroom soup, chicken soup, peas and carrots in a small bowl and pour over the chicken and pasta.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
