Pork tenderloin in balsamic sauce
A juicy family pork dish succulent and delicious. Goes well with greens and salads.
 

2kg pork loin, without the bone

135ml chicken or vegetable stock

120ml balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbso honey

½ tsp chilli flakes

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Place pork tenderloin into the slow cooker.

Mix together all remaining ingredients.

Pour over pork and cook on low for 7 hours.

Once pork tenderloin has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish.

Slice apart lightly and then ladle over the gravy from the slow cooker.
