Spiced cucumber and chilli salad

An Indian inspired cucumber salad with hints of chilli and lime.
1 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced
1 medium red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, deseeded and diced
Handful fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and diced
1 green chilli, deseeded and diced
2 limes, juiced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp ground cumin
Fresh coriander, for garnish
Flat wholemeal or wheat breads, to serve (optional)
In a large bowl, add the cucumber, onion, tomatoes, coriander, red and green chillies, lime juice, vegetable oil and chopped peanuts.
Sprinkle over the spices, and season generously with salt and pepper.
Toss together and serve a scattering of coriander and flat breads if you like.
