A teacher in Atlanta is coming under fire after she was dubbed the ‘sexiest teacher alive’ starting the hashtag ‘#TeacherBae’ on Twitter.
Patrice Brown, a fourth grade teacher, has received huge criticism after her work outfits were deemed ‘inappropriate’ after she posted pictures to her social media.
One picture has now become the poster for the ‘disgraceful’ teacher.
In the picture in question, Patrice is wearing a dress with is up to her neck and down to her knees but yet is still being called inappropriate by many.
And they have been quick to share their opinions on Twitter.

However, others disagree completely seeing nothing wrong with the teacher's clothes.
I don't have a problem with #TeacherBae's work attire.

While some are pointing out a different issue altogether.
I see no cleavage, hem to the knee - looks like what we are really criticizing is a body shape#teacherbae https://t.co/ZYfPO3mhSK

Y'all will take any educated, independent woman and turn her into a sexualized object. I'm so sick of this. #teacherbae

After #TeacherBae started trending and pictures began to circulate, Patrice wanted to share her side of things.
“I just wish they would respect me and focus on the positive and what truly matters, which is educating the children of the future generations and providing and caring for them,” she told The Daily Dot.
The teacher who recently won educator of the month has also been reacting to the controversy on Twitter.
