Carrot, orange and ginger juice

3 carrots
1 thumb-size piece of fresh ginger
500ml freshly squeezed orange juice
Peel the carrots and the ginger.
Juice in a juicer or processor and then pour into a jug.
Add in the orange juice and stir until well combined.
