Garlic herb and parmesan butter

 Garlic herb and parmesan butter
A simple butter to make that goes well with breads over vegetables and freezes well.
 

225g unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

2 tbsp, chives, chopped

50g parmesan cheese, grated

Salt and pepper, season to taste

Use a food processor to blitz everything together then refrigerate half and freeze half for a later date.
