Tzatziki sauce

500g Greek yoghurt
1 small cucumber
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp mint
½ a lemon
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
Dice the cucumber and finely chop the dill and mint.
Mix into the Greek yoghurt.
Add in the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled.
