Mexican dip

This Mexican dip will be a fantastic addition to the table.
2 x 200g feta cheese, crumbled
200ml soured cream
3 tbsp sliced jalapeno chillies
1 red chilli (deseeded if you don't like it too hot), finely chopped
Small handful coriander leaves
Tortilla chips, to serve
In a food processor, blitz together the feta and soured cream and scatter with coriander.
Serve with tortilla chips.
