Apple and cinnamon puree

A tasty puree for your baby and the whole family
3 sweet red apples
6 tbsp water
1 cinnamon stick
Heat a steamer or a steam oven to 100⁰C.
Peel, core and cut the apple in wedges and place the apple in a small solid steam tray with the water and the cinnamon stick. Place into the steam oven and cook for about 8 minutes or until soft.
Discard the cinnamon stick. Allow to cool slightly before pureeing it in a food processor with the liquid.
