Avocado breakfast sandwiches

4 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
6 tbsp cup plain yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp of paprika
Salt to taste
4 large eggs
1 avocado, thinly sliced
4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
Heat first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan on low heat; set aside. Salt to taste.
Meanwhile poach or fry eggs.
Layer eggs and avocado on toast, then drizzle with sauce.
