Avocado toast
Avocado on toast makes a tasty breakfast or brunch idea.

2 slices of crusty bread
1 avocado
1 lime
Crushed chilli flakes
6 cherry tomatoes, cut into small dice
Olive oil
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground pepper

Mash the avocado using a fork. Squeeze the lime into the mashed avocado.

Toast the bread.

Spread the avocado onto the toast, and top with the diced tomatoes.

Add a pinch of chilli flakes, salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.
