Crispy hash browns and white pudding

Nothing beats homemade crispy hash browns and pudding for a delicious start to your day.
Salt and pepper
Half pudding chub, cut into slices
3 tbsp olive oil
3 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a large frying pan on a medium heat and gently cook the pudding slices.
In a separate pan, heat the rest of the oil on a medium heat. Sprinkle in the grated potatoes and spread out along the bottom of the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Make sure the potatoes are not spread too thickly.
Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until it is a golden brown.
Remove from the pan and cut into fours.
Serve immediately with the white pudding.
