Banana smoothie
A delicious way to boost the energy levels and keep the hunger pains away.

475ml of low fat milk

2 bananas

1 tbsp honey

170g vanilla yoghurt

4-6 ice cubes

Sliced banana garnish (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender, though make sure to add the honey last.

Blend until all ingredients are smooth.Garnish with fresh mint if using.
