Blueberry smoothie with oats
Energy in a drink, this fruit and oat medley will start the day off right.
225g of fresh blueberries
225g pot strawberry yogurt
100ml low fat milk
3 tbsp porridge oats
Ice-optional
Whiz the berries, yogurt, milk and oats together until smooth. If you would like to make this a frozen smoothie, add ice.
