Breakfast bars
This yummy bars are great if you don't have time for breakfast 

170g ground almonds

100g porridge oats

65g walnuts pieces

50g sunflower seeds

90g raisins

50g cherries

2 tsp cinnamon

170g honey

200ml coconut oil (optional)

Preheat the oven to 170°C, or gas mark 3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Combine your ground almonds, oats, cherries, walnuts, sunflower seeds, raisins and cinnamon in a large bowl.

In a pan, gently melt the honey with the coconut oil, if using, on a low to medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Pour your honey mix into the dry ingredients and mix it all together.

Spoon the mixture onto the parchment paper and press it down with the back of a spoon.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes making sure not to allow them to burn.

Once cooked, turn onto a clean surface. Place on a place and allow to chill in fridge for 2 hours before cutting into slices.
