Preheat your over to 150°C/300°F/gas mark 2 and lightly grease a 20 x 30cm baking tray.
Chop the apricots and dates as small as you can, a these will help the flapjacks stick together.
Melt the butter in a small pan, then take off the heat and add the apple juice and honey.
Put the chopped fruit and the rest of the ingredients into a big bowl. Pour over the butter mixture and mix together with a wooden spoon.
Spread the mixture out on the baking tray and bake in the over for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes, tne cut into bars and store in an airtight container - they will keep for up to a week.
