Broccoli and kale soup

Creamy delicous green soup.
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 stick celery
2 cloves garlic
125g broccoli florets, chopped
125g kale, washed, stalks removed and chopped
2 large potatoes
500ml vegetable stock
1 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper, to taste
2tbsp cream
Place the olive oil, onion and celery in a large saucepan and sauté over a medium heat for 5 mins.
Add the garlic and cook for another 5 mins.
Add kale, broccoli and potatoes.
Cover with stock, add lemon juice and season.
Bring to the boil, then simmer for a further 10 mins.
Leave to cool slightly, add cream and then blend using a stick blender.
