Brownie coffins
Prep:

Brownies (ready-made or homemade )
White ready-roll icing
Using a small chopping knife, cut coffin shapes out of your brownie block.
Work small pieces of the icing into little balls and roll these out into thin sausages. Use these to mark the outline of each coffin. Add a little cross into the centre of each brownie using the fondant. If you have extra time or writing icing, you can spell out RIP on some of the brownies.
Serve with a glass of milk.
