Cake pop eye balls

Cake pop eye balls

Madeira cake

Ready-roll white fondant/icing

The National Confectionery Company Spooky Treats

Red food colouring

Break off pieces of the Madeira cake and roll into balls that are about an inch in diameter.

Work a piece of the white fondant into a ball with your hands. Roll it out until it’s 1-2mm high. Wrap the fondant around the Madeira ball and trim off any extra.

Choose a black jelly from The National Confectionery Company’s Spooky Treats and chop this into two or three pieces. Use these pieces to create the pupil of your ‘eye balls’.

Using a toothpick and the red food colouring, draw the blood shot lines around the jelly pupil. Serve to your little ghouls and goblins.
