Cantaloupe and prosciutto

This recipe is a combination of interesting flavours. The ham gives it a salty, tasty flavour while the cantaloupe is sweet, making an interesting combination of flavours.
1 cantalopue, quartered you can use a galia melon if you like
4 slices of prosciutto ham
Lettuce to garnish
Simply cut the cantaloupe in quarters.
Then gently cut slices into your melon quarters widthways before slicing just at the skin.
Top with the ham and garnish with lettuce.
