Chicken wraps
Chicken wraps go perfectly into the lunchbox. These are filled with wholesome ingredients and are packed with flavour.

2-3 chicken fillets

Salt and pepper

1 ½ tbsp olive oil

4 wholemeal pita bread or tortillas

200g hummus

200g Tzatziki

2 tomatoes sliced

4 butter leaf lettuce leaves

Slice up the chicken breasts to bite sized pieces. Add salt and pepper.

In a frying pan heat the olive oil, and cook the chicken until golden.

Slice through one piece to ensure it’s not pink in the centre, then set aside to cool down.

Cut the pita bread in half or if using a tortilla, lay flat.

Spoon the hummus and tzatziki dips over the pita breads or tortillas then add the sliced tomatoes with a bit of lettuce for each portion.

Add the chicken and roll up or fold over the pita bread to make the portion.

Alternately, you can just add the chicken and vegetables but leave the dips for dipping.

Wrap portions into foil and if using dips separately, put enough into travel containers for lunchboxes.
