Chocolate covered frozen bananas
Sprinkles or chopped nuts to decorate
5 large bananas
10 wooden sticks
500g dark chocolate
Peel the bananas and cut in half so you have 10 banana pieces
Insert a wooden stick into the end of each banana.
Place the bananas on a plate or baking tray and transfer to the freezer for an hour until frozen
Add the chocolate into a microwave proof bowl and melt, stirring every 30 seconds.
Hold a banana over the bowl of chocolate and spoon the melted chocolate over until completely covered.
Cover with sprinkles or chopped nuts if using. Complete until all remaining bananas are coated with chocolate and sprinkles. Serve immediately or store in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
