Classic Waldorf salad

This recipe is well loved for its crisp fruit and vegetable combinations. It’s healthy and satisfying.
Dressing
150g natural yoghurt
3 tbsp lemon juice
1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
Salad
2 celery sticks, sliced diagonally
2 apples, cored and sliced into wedges
200g red grapes, halved
100g walnut halves
140g rocket leaves
270g chicory, leaves separated
Mix all the dressing ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss all of the salad ingredients in a large serving bowl, then drizzle over the dressing and serve.
