Dairygold BBQ corn on the cob

- 100g/3½oz Dairygold
- Ear of Corn (as many as you need)
- Finely chopped chillis (as mild or as hot as you like)
- Finely chopped coriander
Spread some Dairygold over the top of your corn.
Sprinkle some chopped chillis and coriander over the buttery corn.
Wrap it up in tin foil to lock in the flavour and pop it on the BBQ for 15 minutes.
Alternatively you can pop it in the oven for 20 minutes.
