Dairygold garlic and chilli grilled salmon topper

- 100g/3 ½oz Dairygold
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 large red chilli, halved, deseeded and finely chopped
- Small bunch parsley, chopped
Grill a salmon fillet for about 2-4 minutes each side on a barbecue.
Mix the chopped chilli, crushed garlic and Dairygold together in a bowl.
Once they are well mixed, dollop on top of your still hot salmon.
Sprinkle a small amount of chopped parsley on top to serve.
