Denny deli roast chicken & spinach pasta with basil pesto and cream

With no artificial preservatives, new Denny deli style roast chicken breast pieces make a delicious sandwich, naturally. They taste great in this simple pasta dish too:
250g Denny deli style roast chicken breast pieces
450g pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine or stock
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 yellow or white onion, chopped
300g of fresh spinach
1/4 cup of cream
1/4 cup (or more) pesto
Black pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook your pasta
Then place the chopped onion and garlic in a pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the white wine or stock and boil until the liquid is reduced by half
Time to bring in your Denny deli style roast chicken breast pieces and spinach.
Using tongs, turn these ingredients over to coat them with the juices in the pan.
Continue to cook, turning and stirring often, until the spinach is wilted and the chicken us heated through.
Turn off the heat and add some black pepper, your pesto and your cream.
Stir to combine.
Drain the pasta, put it in a large bowl.
Add the contents of the pan to the bowl with the pasta and mix well.
Serve at once
