New Denny deli style roast chicken breast pieces taste great, naturally, with no artificial preservatives. Try them today...on their own, or in this simple salad:

250g Denny deli style roast chicken breast pieces

3 tbsp olive oil

1 large cos or romaine lettuce, lettuce separated

4 thick slices crusty white bread

Parmesan cheese for grating

5 tbsp caesar salad dressing

Heat oven to 200°C.

Tear the bread into big, ragged croutons.

Spread over a large baking sheet or tray and sprinkle with two tbsp of olive oil.

Rub the oil into the bread

Bake for 8-10 minutes, turning the croutons a few times so they brown evenly.

Shave the cheese with a peeler.

Tear lettuce into large pieces and place pieces in a large bowl.

Scatter your Denny deli style roast chicken breast pieces over the leaves along with half the croutons.

Add most of the dressing and toss these ingredients with your fingers.

Scatter the rest of the chicken and croutons, then drizzle with the remaining dressing.

Sprinkle the parmesan on top and serve straight away,
