Honey mustard chicken with herb salad

2 tbsp clear honey
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 chicken breasts,skinless
1 bag herb salad
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 rbsp balsamic vinegar
Combine the honey and mustard, season and cover the chicken with the glaze.
Place the chicken under the grill to cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes and then slice.
Divide the salad and chicken. Mix together the oil and balsamic and sprinkle over the salad.
