Halloween themed cookies and cream popcorn that will be sure to please your guests.
1 bag microwave plain popcorn
25 chocolate cookies with cream filling
200g white chocolate
Cook popcorn in the microwave according to packet instructions.
Blitz the cookies in a food processor until rough crumbs are formed.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the popcorn and top with cookie crumbs, mix together well.
