In a large bowl, add in your flour and follow with your locally sourced chicken wings.
Season with cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper and dried garlic and toss chicken wings to fully coat them with all the flour and seasoning to lock that flavour in.
Place the chicken wings into a baking tray – being sure to leave any excess flour behind in the bowl – and drizzle with rapeseed oil for a little extra crispiness.
Cover with tinfoil to lock the moisture in and cook at 180-200C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and baking tray, and place into a clean bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Grillshack Original Hot Sauce for a little extra kick and serve with a stunning blue cheese sauce – a crowd pleaser every time!
