Harissa sweet potato wedges

1 kg sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1 tbsp harissa paste
Sour cream and chives to serve
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ gas 6. In a bowl mix the wedges together with the harissa. Scatter on a baking tray and cook for 40-45 minutes until the wedges are slightly crispy. Serve with sour cream and chives.
