8 x HB Hazelbrook Farm Ice Bergers

900ml HB Hazelbrook Farm Neapolitan ice cream

Remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften for 5 minutes.

Line a wide loaf tin with kitchen foil, leaving an overhang on all sides. Arrange four HB Hazelbrook Farm Ice Bergers snugly in the bottom of the tin. Depending on the width of your tin, you may need to cut the edge of one side Ice Berger to fit it into the tin.

Spread the HB Hazelbrook Farm Neapolitan ice cream on top in an even layer. Press the remaining four Ice Berger’s over the ice cream. Cover with cling film. 

Freeze until set; this should take about 4 hours.

Uncover and lift the foil to remove the cake from the tin. Invert onto a platter, remove the foil, slice into portions and serve.
