Honey roasted carrots and parsnips
250g chantenay carrots/ baby carrots
250g parsnips
Few thyme sprigs
Salt and Goodall's ground black pepper
40g butter
2 tbsp honey
Preheat the oven to gas 5/ 190°C. Mix together 500g chantenay carrots, a few thyme sprigs, butter and the honey in a roasting tray. Season well and roast for 50 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and golden.
