Honey soy chicken drumsticks
These chicken drumsticks are perfect for kid’s parties or served with rice and salad for a quick and easy dinner.
125ml light soy sauce
80ml honey
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, crushed
12 chicken drumsticks
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl and combine well
Place the chicken drumsticks in an ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over, coating well.
Cover the dish with tin foil and transfer to the oven to cook for 45 to 50 minutes, basting occasionally.
