Ice cream sandwich

The most delicious summer dessert for the children and their parents!
1 packet of large cookies (plain, chocolate chip or whatever you please)
Vanilla ice cream 1 pint brick
Chocolate sprinkles, chopped nuts, or puffed rice
Freezer paper
Scoop a generous amount of Vanilla ice cream and sandwich between two large cookies.
Roll the ice cream sandwich edges in the chocolate or nuts.
Wrap each sandwich in freezer paper and freeze.
Remove from freezer and devour.
