Individual berry trifles

4 pieces of trifle sponge (20g each), cubed and soaked in orange juice to moisten

2 pots raspberry or strawberry yoghurt

4 tbsp reduced-fat custard

160g fresh berries, e.g. raspberries, strawberries or blueberries

Wash and dry the berries.  If you are using strawberries, halve them. 

Break up the trifle sponges into bite-size pieces.  Place some of the trifle sponge in the bottom of 4 sundae glasses. 

Add a few berries & a spoonful yoghurt.  Continue to layer like this and finally top with the custard and garnish with berries.
