Irish fondue
This one is for real cheese lovers...

1 loaf soda bread

200g white mature cheddar cheese

125ml stout

1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tbsp cornflour

Cut out the top of the soda bread and the middle part, creating a well. Keep all the bread bits and cut them into bite size chunks. Put on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the cheddar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the stout, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and cornflour and bring to a simmer, whisking frequently.

Pour the melted cheese into the bread well and start dipping the bread chunks into the fondue!
