Mango and coconut smoothie
This is like a lassie only half the calories but fully authentic.
200ml half fat coconut milk
1 banana
120g fresh mango chunks
Remove the skin from the mango and chop into chunks.
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
