Mini stuffed calzones

These mini pesto filled calzones would make perfect nibbles for a dinner party.
150g mozzarella
330g pesto
300g plain flour
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
200ml warm water
Preheat the oven to 220°C or gas mark 7.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Sir in the oil and water until the dough is soft and elastic. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow dough to prove until it is twice its size.
When it is ready, gently roll flat and cut into 10 equal size portions.
In a bowl, combine the pesto with the mozzarella.
Spoon the pesto and cheese mixture onto one side of your dough circles before folding it over. Use a fork to seal the edges together.
Place in the oven for about 20 minutes until the calzones are golden.
