Mocha Affogato

To make the chocolate ganache set a saucepan set over a medium high heat and bring the cream just to boiling point. Remove from the heat and add the broken chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool just a little

Divide the chocolate ganache evenly between four coffee cups followed by a scoop of HB Hazelbrook Farm Iceberger ice cream. Pour a shot of hot coffee over the ice cream.

For a dessert that will please the whole family replace the coffee shot with a shot of hot chocolate for children.
