Overnight oats
Tasty breakfast jars which are perfect for transporting in your bag.

35g rolled oats

100ml Avonmore Super Milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp flaked almonds

½ tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredients together in a small glass jar. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Top with fresh berries and flaked almonds the next morning and serve.
