Peanut butter puffed rice bars

Peanut butter puffed rice bars
Healthy snack bar suitable for gluten free diets.

100g puffed rice cereal
340g honey

125g creamy peanut butter

Line a 9 inch square tin with baking parchment.

Place the honey into a small saucepan over a medium heat.

Add the peanut butter to the pan and stir until smooth.

Pour the melted mixture over the puffed rice and stir to combine.

Transfer the mix into the tin and press down firmly

You can use an extra piece of baking paper placed down on top to help with this, it stops your fingers getting sticky.

Place the tin into the fridge for at least an hour until completely firm.

Slice and serve.
